We want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with your Diaper Genie purchase; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, diaper pails and refills must be unused and sealed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and the included packing slip to place inside the box.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place your unused items in their original Diaper Genie packaging and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
